First 15 days of every month are crucial for us. It’s salary, rent time.
We have to pay around 1 lakh tk for rend and stuffs, excluding us two.
Overpopulation has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is plenty of workers and cheap labor. The disadvantage is , hard to find the right, qualified candidate.
For last 3 years, we had 9 employees for 2 different roles. We used to outsource employees through reference and our hometown. Among them we fired two, rest left for better income. Better income means going Middle East.
Sometimes I feel we aren’t actually paying proper respect and gesture to stuff. Annoying thing is, employees don’t effort as much without shouting at them. They get lazy when they don’t hear loud voices for a long time. Maybe it’s because our employees are mainly young, not mature enough.
I think I’ll treat my employees differently when I’m in sole control. I prefer discussion and motivation over loud voice.
Giving share in the company to employees might be a good idea to make them them serious at work. Then they will feel things as their own.
