Learning

For no reason, I tend to avoid popular things and go for alternative ones.
And, most of the time I failed and fell for the popular one. Other software/ skills I mainly learned to do things on my way.
Video Editing: I really liked the way “world economic forum” makes minimal text base videos. I wanted to create videos like them. I thought about premier pro, but my potato computer couldn’t handle it. So I managed the Wandashare Filmora crack version and started my editing journey. After that, I made videos for my org, business etc.
Photoshop: Was avoiding Photoshop for its complexity and managed the alternative “Canva”.
For my business, I have to make mockups regularly. My friends used to do that. But, It felt tired to ask for simple color, and design changes.
So , to make mockups, and designs on my way, I started learning Photoshop from youtube.
Illustrator: Learned image tracing last week. This thing used to take care of by our old designer since 2019. He went to his hometown for a month and I needed to trace some designs to check out which color will suit the design. With no other option, I had to learn to trace.
Digital Marketing: Got interested in Digital marketing in 2018. Thought I’ll be a digital nomad and earning will be from digital marketing. Khalid Farhan’s YT videos helped to start my journey. Then I added people on FB, interested in DM, and started following DM Gurus on social media. These small actions helped to become an almost(!) digital marketing expert. Besides I have the option to apply these lessons to a real project, my business.
Website Design: I needed a website to practice SEO.
So with Google and YT, I learned and build a website with WordPress. After that, I built 5 websites till now.
App Development: Hated programming in college. In 2021, I really eager to build a startup. Since I have no money to hire a developer, I planned to learn app development to build my own startup. Fortunately got a link about govt providing flutter training. Now, I am an app developer(noob).
3D Art: Wanted to build 3D artwork. Practice blender for a while. I was quite passionate about this 3d stuff in 2019. But, my potato pc couldn’t handle rendering. So, stopped that course after a year.
Most of my skills have grown because of the business I am running. It is pushed me to learn more and gives me a platform to test those ideas.
It’s true that I’m not a pro of them. But, I know how to get a project done even if it requires a new sector of skills.
