Production Error

Another disaster! This is probably our fifth sewing production on five different garments.
Few weeks ago we bought sweater fabric to make a unique sweater. After 3 unsatisfied sewing production in Chittagong, we asked one of our friends’ friend to sew these at his garment.
We were pretty confident that, this time would be good. He said, he managed came color rib and hq chain for production.

After receiving the product, we were shocked. My personal rating was 5/10. There were too many errors. Bad sewing, different color thread, wrong sizing etc. The only good thing is it looks good in the photo. Our plan is to sell them at a lower price.

It’s really annoying moment for us. We tried to go to production, which failed due to poor sewing or fabric quality. Another option is to buy stock lot fabric and arrange a good sewing factory. But, the problem will be to manage the same color rib.
Only way to get desired fabric quality and rib are to go to dying and knitting, which require a big amount to produce.

Maybe we will go for stock lots of ready-made t-shirts one more year. At least that’s where we get premium-quality t-shirts.
