Ramadan Rush
All those years, Ramadan month was very relaxed for me. Most of the time was spent praying and relaxing. But this year, BIZU, the ethnic festival, changed everything. We have an agreement with top bizu clothing sellers. Every year we supply huge amounts of tees at a good price. This year, it’s Ramadan, Bizu, Eid, all seasons at the same time. We had to keep our three outlets and online service running while supplying Bizu t-shirts also.
We sold over 15000 Bizu tee within one month.
The schedule was,
From 10 AM, 2 workers start printing tshirt for our outlets at the hit print machine. From 12 PM, they start printing bizu t-shirts. First They had to file up plain tshirts according to the buyer’s list along with the design. Then start printing on the machine under 180 degrees temperature.
My job was to look after everything about the orders while managing online services. After Online order packing, customer support, buyer support, and outlet support I had only 6 hours left to sleep.
We printed Bizu tees all day, and delivered them at night, around 3 AM , after closing all outlets. Since it’s also EID season, online, outlets all stores were super busy.
Even we had to print BIZU tees on EID Day too.
After all of the effort, 15k+ BIZU tshirts were sold, 15 lak+ taka sold with three outles and online combined.
Along with regular tee, we launched dropshoulder t-shirt, Mobile pants, Denim pants, and Polo shirt. Which upscaled our sales.

There were some small buyers too. It was very tough for us to manage printing slot. So, Some of them spent whole night at warehouse to get the free slot and printed tshirts on their own.
