Second Outlet

26th June was our second outlet opening. This time we choose a shopping mall. First one is a small 150 ft room in the housing society.

One of our friends has a shop in there. We monitored closely for years, how’s the condition of the market. It’s not a very crowded mall. People don’t come here for fun. It’s famous for export item clothing. So, whoever visits here buys something and mostly they are rich. Last year one of our competitors set up shop here too.

Our shop position is perfect. People can see it from every angle. Our bright signboard grabs the attention of all passers by.

Opening day was blust. We ran 1 week of promotion on social media with 30% off. As always, people are crazy for discounts.
We did something different to make this opening successful.

• We chose Friday( off day)
• We ran ads on social media
• We offered 30% off
• The offer was for opening days only
• We specifically mentioned “Second Outle”, which played the psychological trick.

So, people started rolling in from opening time. My father was there to Milad (pray for success and blessing) , but the crowd was so heavy that he couldn’t get that chance and started helping us with customers.

That day, we sold around 550 t-shirts within 5 hours. People first bought tees for themselves, then called their friends to choose and buy more.
